Yes! All Eternal Candles are handcrafted using organic coconut wax and pure essential oils, ensuring a clean and toxin-free burn.

2. Can I customize my candle fragrance?

Absolutely. We offer made-to-order scents, so you can create a fragrance that matches your mood, space, or special moment. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email to personalize your order.

3. Do I need to light the candle to enjoy the scent?

Not at all! Every candle comes with the option to use our electric warmer, which gently melts the wax and releases the fragrance without a flame — ideal for a flameless, elegant experience.

4. How does the refill system work?

Once your candle is finished, simply clean the jar with warm water and insert one of our eco-friendly refills, available in your favorite scents. No need to throw anything away!

5. How long does each candle last?

Depending on the size, your Eternal Candle will burn for:

  • 7 oz – approx. 30 hours

  • 10 oz – approx. 45 hours

  • 12 oz – approx. 55–60 hours
